The city will conduct an odor treatment study at the Wilson Biofilter near Wilson Boulevard, Webster Street and Vine Street starting Monday, July 21 when Webster Environmental installs air collection and pressure equipment while manhole lids are removed for up to 5 hours. The study continues into Tuesday, July 22 — a westbound lane on Wilson Boulevard between Vine and Webster will be closed at 8 a.m. with traffic directed to Vine Street.
