Making Memories and Leaving Legacies During the Holidays

The Holiday season can be a challenging time for families, caregivers, and their loved ones living with dementia. Memories may fade, and family celebrations may need to change, but living with dementia does not mean your holiday memories and traditions need to end. This session will focus on how families and caregivers can help their loved ones experience a joyful, stress-less holiday season by making new memories and leaving a lasting legacy.
