About this event

This weekly class is taught by John Coddington who has 40 years of experience in throwing mechanics, injury care and prevention, and pre and post-surgical rehabilitation. This comprehensive program provides both parts of the equation to be a successful baseball or softball player: proper mechanics to enhance performance and minimize injury. This class has the ability to help strengthen the athletes to meet the specific demands of the sport of baseball or softball. Days and Times: Monday 4:30-6:00PM Monday 6:00-7:30PM Thursday 4:00-5:30PM Thursday 5:30-7:00PM Cost: 90 Minute Sessions - $60
