- ➤ The CASA Program of St. Joseph County is seeking volunteers for pre-service training starting Feb. 10 at the CASA Training Room in the Juvenile Justice Center in South Bend. Long time administrator who passed away recently from heart attack will be honored this Friday Night. Coach Mike Lightfoot former Head Coach at Bethel will share at half time of the Goshen- Mishawaka boys basketball game. I scholarship fund is being launched in Mr Troyers name for a Mishawaka student to receive to attend Bethel University
