  • Two local soccer clubs merged tonight to form the new Northern Indiana Football Club Academy, aiming to give young athletes more team opportunities and affordable options for families.   • Notre Dame football players will attend the NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis; running back Jeremiyah Love will work out Feb. 27 — March 1 and is projected to be among the top 10 picks in the NFL Draft starting April 23.  South Bend Tribune
