Scouting America LaSalle Council launched the 100 Hearts in 100 Days campaign to teach 100 residents CPR and AED skills through 12 training sessions from January to April.

The next session will be on March 4 at the Scout Service Center in South Bend.

Indiana legislators unveiled plans on Feb.
