- ➤ The Tribune is asking readers to vote for Student of the Week as nominees from Mishawaka High and Saint Joseph are recognized, with voting open until noon on Thursday, March 20. SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Bethel men's basketball team won on Saturday at home in Mishawaka by beating Morningside 93—84 and earned a spot in the NAIA Sweet 16 as guard Jameir Jefferson scored 23 points while the bench added 64. They will face top-seeded LSU Alexandria on March 20 at 5 p.m. in Municipal Auditorium—advancing their run in the tournament. South Bend Tribune
- ➤ Indiana high school boys basketball coaches announced the semi-state pairings on Monday, March 17th, 2025 (four teams from Michiana will compete) and the winners will move on to the next round (games are set for later this season). WNDU
- ➤ Notre Dame women's basketball lost three key games late this season (raising concerns about its recent play) and is expected to earn a No. 2 seed when the March Madness bracket is announced on Selection Sunday.
