- ➤ Michael Eppenbaugh of Warsaw stole a Mishawaka police car over 15 months ago, led it on a chase that ended in a crash in Cass County, and was sentenced on Wednesday to two years in prison—he must also pay $18,640 to the City of Mishawaka. ABC57
