CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Potawatomi Zoo opens exclusively to members today from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will host a special talk by the zoo director along with zookeeper chats — giving members a chance to learn about animal care. WSBT

- ➤ A study by the Indiana Business Research Center finds that Indiana’s population grew steadily since 2023 with migration accounting for 81% of state increases. - ➤ The city reminds residents to limit bulky waste to two items per curbside pickup; items like mattresses and furniture must be *properly wrapped* to avoid a $100 fee for special collection. - ➤ Beacon Health System opened a $21.7 million outpatient center on March 26 at Lincolnway East and Church Street. - ➤ Marion County Public Health Department warned of the dangerous designer drug cychlorphine — 10 times more potent than fentanyl — that may not show on standard tests and can be fatal in small amounts, leaving hospitals and first responders on alert as it appears in counterfeit pills. 95.3 MNC
