- ➤ Marshall County Emergency Management held a press conference Thursday morning in Bourbon to outline cleanup efforts following severe storms and to activate Indiana 211 for damage reports. - ➤ Mishawaka has received a grant from the Community Development Authority and Indiana Housing to build large fiberglass replicas of the historic Red Ball Jet Shoes. The city raised over $88,000 and will match that with a $35,000 donation—plans from the mayor’s youth council—to place the 4-foot-high by 6-foot-long sculptures in public sites including downtown and in front of local high schools.
