GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Mayflower Road bridge between Fillmore and Edison Roads is closed for a month to replace an approach slab, and detours using US 20 + State Rd 2 remain in place for drivers. Construction started Monday and will continue until work is finished. WSBT
- ➤ INDOT announced that roadwork on Indiana 23 will begin April 8 from Wolf Street in North Liberty to Olive Street/Locust Road in South Bend — a full closure between U.S. 20/31 and Ireland Road will start late May as resurfacing continues through November.
