  • The Mishawaka plan commission met Tuesday night to review the next phase of the 100 Center redevelopment and proposed selective demolition to improve design while preserving historic landmarks — construction will begin later this summer pending city council and state approval.  WNDU
  • Goodwill Industries of Michiana announced six Stand Down events with food, clothing, medical care, health resources, and job counseling for veterans in the region.   • At a literacy celebration on April 8 at the Statehouse, Lakeland Christian Academy was recognized by the Indiana Department of Education for a 95%+ pass rate on the 2025 Reading Evaluation.
