St. Joseph County Police said that early Saturday at about 1 a.m. at a rented home on Grape Road, an incident occurred when 20 shots were fired with no injuries and nearly 50 people gathered, and police are now asking for help to identify a shooter from video and a still photo—part of a growing trend linking one-night rental gatherings with criminal activity.

Indiana Gov. Mike Braun issued an executive order to end tax penalties on marriage, saying the current tax system disadvantages married couples—state agencies must review laws and provide recommendations by July 1.
