  • Mishawaka Mayor Dave Wood delivered his 15th State of the City address on April 14th at City Hall in front of council members, city officials, and local youth advisors. He reaffirmed his commitment to the Mishawaka Way—highlighting projects like Project Shoe City that raised over $123,000 while outlining plans for new developments that will boost the community.  City of Mishawaka
  • St. Joseph County commissioners declared a local disaster emergency for damage from severe storms on March 30—many homes still face downed trees and property damage. Emergency Management is gathering data to help the county meet state reimbursement thresholds within 30 days.  WSBT
  • INDOT will hold a public meeting on April 24 at New Prairie High School to share details of the 'diverging diamond' design planned for Indiana 2 and Larrison, a project set to cost tens of millions and help reduce crashes.
