  • The Food Bank of Northern Indiana will offer drive-through food pantries on a first-come, first-served basis across the South Bend area this month, with stops from May 6 at Michigan City to May 29 at Mishawaka.   • Effective July 1, Health Plus Indiana will lose a $90,000 state funding contract from the Indiana Department of Health as the Special Populations Support Program is canceled — the move reduces the nonprofit’s ability to conduct HIV testing and education outreach.  WVPE
