GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ At a hearing on June 18, St. Joseph Circuit Judge John Broden reviewed Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s immigration lawsuit against Sheriff Bill Redman, who argued that the state has not suffered the required injury for standing. The judge will rule by Aug. 18—if he finds the lack of injury sufficient, the suit will be dismissed. WVPE
