  • Robotics teams from high schools around the world competed at the Century Center in the First Tech Michiana Premier Event, battling in head-to-head robot competitions and using a team pit area. The free public event ended with closing ceremonies—capping the season for the teams.  WNDU

  • A new Indiana law will let chronic pain patients with implantable pain pumps extend their refill visits from every 90 days to up to six months, with the change taking effect July 1. State Rep.   • Secretary of State Diego Morales faced tough questions from state lawmakers on Wednesday about spending on no-bid contracts and personal trips while asking for an extra $10.2 million for cybersecurity, technology upgrades and office work—lawmakers noted he missed a key budget meeting and did not fully disclose his international travel.
