- ➤ South Bend man Juwan Dockery remains in court as he awaits trial for a murder connected to a Nov. 3 shooting at Beacon Heights Apartments — his trial was repeatedly delayed due to competency evaluations and a further status hearing is set for Sept. 11. WNDU
