- ➤ The City of Mishawaka is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Miracle League Park at Normain Park on September 24th at 4:00pm—leaders, donors and local advocates will join families as they dig the first shovelfuls of soil to mark the start of an accessible park with an inclusive playground, splash pad and more.
