  • The Inthrive Film Festival at the St. Joseph County Library shared stories of redemption and hope from former inmates on Saturday, partnering with groups like REFORM Alliance, Indiana Cure, and LITE Recovery Hub so viewers learned about successful reentry.   • Governor Mike Braun said Indiana must act quickly to build artificial intelligence and energy infrastructure today—he warned that without new data centers and better power sources, the state will fall behind competitors like China.   • At the first Coffee with Your Commissioners event held Saturday at the Public Library’s Francis Branch, county leaders talked about tighter rules for solar farm permits and a data center plan near New Carlisle.   • Three South Bend area girls golf teams advanced to the state finals after nearly eight hours of play at Sandy Pines Golf Club—Saint Joseph will compete again at Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel next weekend while Penn and Marian earned spots.   • Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love broke his single-game touchdown record by scoring four touchdowns (two pass and two rush) in the first half against Arkansas on Saturday, helping his team build an early lead.
