  • Martin’s Super Markets will honor veterans by offering a free Honor Meal on Tuesday, Nov. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.—the meal includes fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, a roll, a 16 oz beverage and a cookie, and an 11% discount will be available from Sunday, Nov. 9 to Tuesday for veterans and active-duty servicemembers who show their military ID.   WNDU

  • Indiana will delay court-ordered 50% SNAP benefits by at least one week from the normal November 5 date because officials are recalculating the amounts for 274,000 households using a new formula—Michigan recipients who normally receive benefits on the third, fifth or seventh will get their partial allotment tomorrow, Nov. 8 while others receive them on schedule.  WNDU
