- ➤ The 1st Source Bank board promoted John Bedient to chief operating officer and executive vice president and Dan Lifferth to chief administrative officer and senior vice president following recent succession changes at the bank and its parent company. Bedient, who has nearly 35 years at the bank, now leads IT, Salesforce and enterprise project management—Lifferth, formerly in human resources, will also manage branch administration, community development and administrative services.
