- ➤ The 1st Source Bank board promoted John Bedient to chief operating officer and executive vice president and Dan Lifferth to chief administrative officer and senior vice president following recent succession changes at the bank and its parent company. Bedient, who has nearly 35 years at the bank, now leads IT, Salesforce and enterprise project management—Lifferth, formerly in human resources, will also manage branch administration, community development and administrative services. - ➤ Bethel University Music Department will present its annual Christmas concert 'Your Peace Will Make Us One' this December at its campus in the Everest-Rohrer Chapel/Fine Arts Center Auditorium—the concert runs on Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. and on Dec. 6 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.—with tickets costing $15 for adults and $10 for students and seniors.
