- ➤ The City of Mishawaka closed Vistula Road between Ballard Avenue and Charles Street on Thursday for utility and right-of-way improvements—motorists are asked to use Lincolnway East during the closure. Crews will later close Vistula Road between Charles Street and Bittersweet Road as the CSO-20 project continues until work is expected to finish by May 30. ABC57
